America’s Small Business Owner: Think food trucks, farmers, florists, accountants to bounce house businesses – all in need of commercial insurance. Simplicity and engagement were essential as the user’s tech background and patience varies.
This was Bold Penguin’s 1st fortune 100 company partnership. Progressive partnered with Bold Penguin to deliver one of the first online commercial insurance quotes thus shortening the traditional multi-week quote time frame to finishing an application in minutes.
My role was to create the consumer facing quote from conception to launch. I led the design process with the Progressive team and Bold Penguin stakeholders over the course of a year and delivered for use by hundreds of thousands of quote seekers.
